I was first introduced to Riteway Linen Company approximately six-months ago in the height of season.  My company, North Beach Village Resort, consists of approximately 500 rooms.  Recently becoming the new General Manager at that time, and newly acquainted with our laundry division, I found that we were in dire need, not only for linens, (under par), but we were in need of operational guidance as well.  Needless to say, Juan Marcano and his incredible team were literally there to deliver both.Juan was able to deliver linens to us next day following a desperate phone call from me.  That was the beginning of our ongoing business relationship.  He not only delivered the linens, but provided me with a complete analysis of my company including par levels for all properties, assisting with inventory counts, stream lining operations and making the necessary recommendations for laundry products and equipment repairs.  His guidance allowed us to understand the capacity that our laundry department can handle based on our occupancy, and determine when linens must be sent out.  We have utilized Riteway’s linen service for outsourcing as needed. Riteway and their team have shown the utmost professionalism.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

As you are aware Fantasy Springs Resort is one of our largest accounts and it is imperative that their par levels stay maintained and their linen look its best. Your sales team has been maintaining our inventory without a glitch, and all orders are always delivered in a timely manner.  I love that we always receive confirmations on our linen and terry orders with shipment tracking numbers.  This makes receiving the new inventory process much smoother.
